Student gets callback for Summer Internship in mid-July

Seattle, WA — When Joe Moganum applied for an internship at a local non-profit in early January, he was excited for the opportunity to stay in a new city and learn some good skills for his future career. Though, in mid-June after waiting 5 months after submitting his application, he was starting to lose hope. One month later, as he sat staring up at his ceiling letting the summer boredom race over him he suddenly got a phone call for his dream position.

“Hey Joe, we want you to start tomorrow. Thanks for your application!” said a spokesperson from the company. Sources have confirmed that although disheartened, Moganum was frantically booking a flight and finding housing back in Seattle in order to get the job.
